I was reading Meghan Casserly's Forbes.com blog " Gender Quotas and Women's Conferences" and was struck by the insightful quote of Lisa Witter, Chief Strategy Officer at Fenton:

“At the same time we need to push women to do a better job at raising their hands. To say that they are good speakers, they are the experts and that they should be listened to.”
