This past Friday, we were happy to see that John George, Senior Reporter at thePhiladelphia Business Journal wrote about our web-based distress screening tool for cancer patients and The Breast Cancer M.A.P. (Mind Affects The Physical) Project, a place for breast cancer survivors to go online and share their experience with us in a way that allows us to collect information to then share with the broader community.  Based on their experiences, CSC  generates a report, an annual Index, that highlights key findings from the M.A.P. Project.  The goal is to raise awareness about next steps for research and make recommendations for programs that are designed to meet the ongoing and unmet needs of breast cancer survivors. No one should have to face cancer alone, and no treatment plan is complete without emotional and social support.  Here you can also gain access to resources and opportunities to connect with others through our online community.  We encourage anyone affected by breast cancer to learn more about the M.A.P. Project and help change the breast cancer experience for the millions who face it every day.
