Do Women Vote for Gender Issues with their Wallets and Jobs, Too?

For the past decade I've been squarely focused on women and the many stages they experience in and out of the workforce between college and retirement years.  That's why I launched my multi-channel blog site, 9 Lives for Women, earlier this year. 

After the recent elections I've been wondering if women "vote" as strongly for gender issues when they purchase products and services or choose employers.
